A sess\u00e3o \u00e9 transmitida pela TV Justi\u00e7a.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1685244&#038;o=rss\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1685244&#038;o=rss\"><\/p>\n<p>A Corte julga a\u00e7\u00e3o na qual o <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-03\/psd-recorre-ao-stf-para-pedir-eleicoes-diretas-para-governo-do-rio\">diret\u00f3rio estadual do PSD<\/a> defende a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de elei\u00e7\u00f5es populares para o comando interino do estado, e n\u00e3o vota\u00e7\u00e3o indireta, por meio dos deputados\u00a0da Assembleia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3>Not\u00edcias relacionadas:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-04\/rj-stf-decide-se-eleicao-para-mandato-tampao-sera-direta-ou-indireta\">RJ: STF decide se elei\u00e7\u00e3o para mandato-tamp\u00e3o ser\u00e1 direta ou indireta.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-04\/pgr-defende-eleicoes-diretas-para-mandato-tampao-de-governador-do-rio\">PGR defende elei\u00e7\u00f5es diretas para mandato-tamp\u00e3o de governador do Rio .<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No dia 23 de mar\u00e7o, o ex-governador Cl\u00e1udio Castro <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-03\/tse-condena-claudio-castro-inelegibilidade-ate-2030\">foi condenado \u00e0 inelegibilidade<\/a> pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral\u00a0(TSE). Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da condena\u00e7\u00e3o, o tribunal determinou a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de elei\u00e7\u00f5es indiretas para o mandato-tamp\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contudo, o PSD recorreu ao Supremo e defendeu elei\u00e7\u00f5es diretas.<\/strong> No dia anterior ao julgamento, <a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/politica\/noticia\/2026-03\/claudio-castro-diz-que-sai-do-governo-do-rio-de-cabeca-erguida\">Castro renunciou ao mandato <\/a>para cumprir o prazo de desincompatibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para se candidatar ao Senado. A medida foi vista como uma manobra para for\u00e7ar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de elei\u00e7\u00f5es indiretas, e n\u00e3o diretas. O ex-governador poderia deixar o cargo at\u00e9 o dia 4 de abril.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.whatsapp.com\/channel\/0029VaoRTgrInlqYLSk59B2M\" target=\"_blank\">>> Siga o canal da <strong>Ag\u00eancia Brasil <\/strong>no WhatsApp<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>A elei\u00e7\u00e3o para o mandato-tamp\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser realizada porque a linha sucess\u00f3ria do estado est\u00e1 desfalcada.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O ex-vice-governador Thiago Pampolha deixou o cargo, em 2025\u00a0para assumir uma vaga no Tribunal de Contas do estado. Desde ent\u00e3o, o estado n\u00e3o tem vice-governador.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O pr\u00f3ximo na linha sucess\u00f3ria seria o presidente da Alerj, o deputado estadual Rodrigo Bacellar. No entanto,\u00a0o<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-03\/pf-volta-prender-rodrigo-bacellar-ex-presidente-da-alerj\"> parlamentar foi cassado<\/a> na mesma decis\u00e3o do TSE que condenou Castro e j\u00e1 deixou o cargo.<\/p>\n<p>Antes da decis\u00e3o, Bacellar tamb\u00e9m foi\u00a0afastado da presid\u00eancia da Casa por decis\u00e3o do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).
